B737-800 Contracts (EUROPEAN BASES)

Minimum Hours Guarantee for Type Rated and Non Type Rated Pilots

Storm McGinley, part of the McGinley Group, are pleased to announce that we have secured a contract with Ryanair, and through the financial strength of the Group, we are in a position to provide minimum guaranteed hours contracts, Type Rating and OCC training for Captains with no upfront payments.

Applicants for Direct Entry Rated Captains should have the following minimum experience:

A minimum of 3,500 hours total flying time.A minimum of 2,000 hours on a Multi-crew, Multi-engine aircraft weighing in excess of 20,000kg with an established airline.

A minimum of 800 hours (Pilot in Command) PIC on a medium jet aircraft in excess of 20,000kg.

A minimum of 500 hours PIC on the B737-300 to 900 series.

Applicants for a full 737-800 Type Rating should have the following minimum experience:-

A minimum of 3,500 hours total time

A minimum of 2000 hours on a Multi-Crew Jet in excess of 20,000kg

1000 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) on a Multi-Crew Jet for an established airline in excess of 20,000kg.

A current licence on a Jet in excess of 20,000kg

Applicants must also hold a valid JAR-FCL or an EU National Licence.

All applicants must hold a valid European Passport with unrestricted right to work in the EU.
