Job Description

Parc is now accepting Expressions of Interest in this upcoming unique and exciting opportunity with our current client Air China in Beijing, China.

Parc Aviation is currently the largest supplier of Foreign Capts to Air China and as part of this partnership, Air China will be proposing to recruit suitably qualified A320 Capts and offer them CCQ Training to the A330 and provide a long term contract opportunity with China National Flag carrier.
The final terms and conditions of this assignment are still to be confirmed but outline details can be advised as follows :-

TRAINING PERIOD

Stage 1.
Air China will provide simulator training for the A330 Type rating training along with required ground school at their training centre in Beijing, China. This will be for a duration of approx 2 months.

Stage 2.
After passing the required CAAC A330 Simulator assessement, candidates will then continue to be based in Beijing and then undergo a continuing period of transition training / Line training under supervision of Air China Training Dept. During this period candidates will be designated in China as "PIC2" or "Junior Captain". The duration of this period is dependent on candidates perfromance but it will be at least 12 months.

Stage 3.
When approved as Full Functioning PIC1 the candidate can have then have the opportunity to have overseas basing on the Air China operated A330 route network.

Payments Stages :

1. USD4,000 PER MONTH

2. USD11,000 + USD4,000 PER MONTH
BASED ON 85 BLOCK HOUR PER MONTH
OVERTIME AT USD233 PER HOUR
SAFETY BONUS OF USD6,000 PER YEAR FOR 880 HOURS ACHIEVED
EXCESS HOURS OVER 935 HOURS PER YEAR PAID AT USD97 PER HOUR
28 DAYS ANNUAL LEAVE PER YEAR

3. USD12,500 + USD4,000
BASED ON 85 BLOCK HOURS PER MONTH
OVERTIME AT USD233 PER HOUR
SAFETY BONUS OF USD6,000 PER YEAR FOR 880 HOURS ACHIEVED
EXCESS HOURS OVER 935 HOURS PER YEAR PAID AT USD97 PER HOUR
28 DAYS ANNUAL LEAVE PER YEAR

4 YEAR CONTRACT WITH FURTHER 2 YEAR RENEWABLE CONTRACT TO FOLLOW WITH USD800 PER MONTH INCREMENT APPLIED ON EACH 2 YEAR RENEWAL.      

Minimum Requirements :

• Total time in excess of 6,000 hours
• A320 PIC time in excess of 500 hours
• Current A320 PIC Type Rating
• ICAO, FAA or JAR Licence acceptable with A320 P1 type rating
• Valid Class 1 Medical
• Valid Passport of a country that has diplomatic relations with Peoples Republic of China & acceptable to Chinese Civil Aviation Authority (CAAC).
• Be under age 52
